Food is a human experience meant to connect us and to be enjoyed. Diet culture has taken us so far from this, and food topics have become focused around discipline and restriction. I decided that this rigid thinking around food was taking me farther away from health and happiness. Now, I take a realistic and gentle approach to integrating healthy eating habits into a balanced and enjoyable lifestyle. The human experience is messy, beautiful, imperfect, and fun. Let's put the human experience back into food.
